Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of buyers regarding
products sold on the website wildsons.paris within the framework of distance selling.
Placing an order implies full and irrevocable acceptance of these terms. The customer confirms having
the legal capacity to conclude this contract, namely being of legal age and not under guardianship or legal protection.

Article 3: Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on wildsons.paris on the day the customer visits the site.
As our jewelry is handcrafted, items may show slight irregularities in finish, size or color inherent to artisanal manufacturing.
These cannot be considered defects. Product photos are illustrative; minor differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

Article 4: Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all French taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Prices are payable in full upon ordering.
Wild Sons reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in effect when the order is placed.
For deliveries outside France, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs taxes or local fees.

Article 5: Orders

The buyer places an order by completing the form on the website and following the instructions. After validation,
an order confirmation email sent by wildsons.paris constitutes acceptance of the contract.
The language used to conclude the contract is English.

Article 6: Payment methods

Payment may be made by credit or debit card. The buyer provides the card number, expiry date and security code.
Financial information is transmitted securely via encryption to Payplug or other accredited providers.
No banking data is stored on wildsons.paris.

Article 7: Delivery

7.1 Production and shipping times

Some pieces of jewelry are available in stock and are shipped within 1 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed.
Other pieces are handcrafted to order and may require a production period of 2 to 5 weeks before shipping.
Where applicable, the production time will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
Once shipped, delivery takes 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination and the carrier.

7.2 Delivery process

Orders are shipped by courier or an independent carrier to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
Wild Sons does not deliver to PO boxes.

Upon receipt, the customer should check the conformity and condition of the goods. Any damage related to transport
or a preparation error (missing or wrong item) should preferably be reported by email to
contact@wildsons.paris within 48 hours of delivery.
This preferred 48 hour notice facilitates carrier claims and after sales support and does not affect the customer’s
legal right of withdrawal of 14 days under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

7.3 Delivery fees

Mainland France: Free delivery
EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: €15 flat rate
Rest of the world (including Overseas territories, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.): €20 flat rate

For countries outside the European Union, delivery is made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Local sales taxes or import duties may be applied upon delivery and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Article 8: Returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of
14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to give reasons
and without penalties. Return shipping costs remain the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a seller error.

Procedure:

Notify Wild Sons of the intention to withdraw by email to contact@wildsons.paris within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return the product in its original condition and packaging, with the invoice, within 14 days of this notification.

Items that have been worn, altered or damaged cannot be refunded. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be excluded from return where permitted by law.
If the return results from a seller error (wrong product, missing item) or a manufacturing defect, Wild Sons will refund the product price and the initial shipping costs.

Refunds are made within 14 days of the earliest of: receipt of the returned product or receipt of proof of shipment by the buyer, in accordance with Article L221-24.
The refund is made using the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Legal note: Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Where applicable, this will be indicated on the relevant product page prior to purchase.

Article 10: Personal data

Personal data collected on the website is processed securely. Wild Sons does not store bank card details; these are handled directly by the secure payment provider.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the GDPR, customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion by writing to
contact@wildsons.paris or by mail at the head office address stated above.

Article 11: Applicable law

These terms and the resulting contract are governed by French law.

Article 12: Modifications and updates

Wild Sons may modify these terms at any time. The version applicable to the order is the one published on wildsons.paris on the order date.
